Off Season

A NOTE FROM GRANT:

It looks like weight rooms at schools are still closed with no specific time frame for re-opening. We have an opportunity if your athletes wanted to train here. We will do a pretest day, write programs, train with a coach 3x/week, and post-test. We have time slots available on Mon/Tue/Thu at 6:30am, 2:30pm, 4pm, & 5pm on a first come first served basis. Teams would have to choose a time as a team to attend and we would need a min of 8 athletes to form a group. Cost will be $249 per athlete and cover everything as outlined above. If there is enough interest and agreement on time etc, we can send out links to register. 

Players are thoroughly trained and prepared to be a better,

more confident football player.

• Daily instruction, lectures, and demonstrations.

• Participants receive up to two hours of instruction each day.

• High school players aged 15-18 are eligible for the exclusive

Gridiron Elite. A detailed information packet on each member

of the Gridiron Elite will be sent to over 2,500 college football

coaches to help each player receive recognition at the college

level.

• Film Sessions

− You will find these sessions are an excellent training tool

to break down technique and can be invaluable in the

development of athletes.

Additional Training Opportunity for Lineman. We have an additional training opportunity to train with a great line coach at Training Haus in Eagan. Mike Harris played at UCLA and then went on to play in the NFL for San Diego & the Minnesota Vikings. It is a great opportunity for our Orono players to have access to train with Mike and his staff at Training Haus in Eagan.
